Hi, I’m Sarah

I help people come back to themselves, especially when life feels heavy, messy, or off-track. With a background in clinical social work and a heart for real connection, I’m here for the honest conversations, the growth that isn’t pretty, and the kind of healing that actually sticks.

My Practice

I work best with individuals who are high-functioning, insightful, and tired of repeating the same cycles.

This process is not about collecting more insight or finding better coping strategies. It’s about understanding what’s driving your reactions, and actively working to shift those patterns in a meaningful, lasting way.

My approach is direct, collaborative, and grounded in both honesty and compassion. Because real change requires both.

Together, we focus on creating practical, sustainable shifts so you can move through life with more clarity, intention, and choice, learning to pivot again and again until new patterns take hold.

For Parents

This work is for parents who want to support their child’s emotional development, not just manage behavior.

Children often express distress through anxiety, reactivity, withdrawal, or risk-taking. Rather than focusing only on outward behavior, we work to understand what’s underneath and build skills in emotional awareness, regulation, and self-trust.

My approach is best suited for families who value consistency, emotional growth, and an active role in the process. It’s an investment in your child’s ability to navigate stress, relationships, and life transitions with greater resilience and stability.

For Couples

Couples work focuses on understanding the patterns driving conflict, disconnection, and miscommunication. Rather than repeating the same arguments, we work to identify what’s underneath and build new ways of responding, creating more clarity, stability, and connection in the relationship.

For Professionals

I provide consultation to behavioral health programs and organizations seeking to strengthen clinical structure, consistency, and quality of care.

My work focuses on developing sustainable systems that support clinicians, reduce burnout, and improve program cohesion. This may include curriculum development, group structure, documentation templates, and creating shared clinical language across teams.

This is a collaborative, practical process designed to improve both day-to-day functioning and long-term program integrity.
